Push Thru
Push Thru Illuminated Signs are a special type of sign where the letter, logo, or shape is routed out of a solid surface such as aluminum and then a thick acrylic is routed to match the shape, which is then "pushed through." the interior is then illuminated, shining through only the acrylic face. Our precision routers assures a fit that prevents any light from bleeding through, while keeping the shape firmly attached to the metal surface.
The acrylic is "pushed thru" causing it to protrude from the aluminum frame. Internally, the sign is illuminated with LED lighting, shining through the acrylic face. The acrylic face of the push thru generally has a vinyl film on it to achieve the color desired.
